I graduated from Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education
Very early it became clear to me that I wanted to help people. After learning so many of the benefits of massage therapy it has became my mission, using the power of touch, to promote a sense of well being.  I get to spend time with a variety of interesting people solving problems, providing support, and ease suffering they may face.

I am a mom of four wonderful children. I do understand what stress can do to your body. My youngest and oldest child are 15 years apart. In my free time, I enjoy walking, being outside, being with my kids, going out with my husband, reading, working on home projects, or shopping. I love talking with new clients and learning where they are in their life. I want to assist in creating a safe space that makes your life easier and more manageable.
